Once your signing request has been received, either by placing it on our website or calling our scheduling department at (800) 807-1260 ext. 2, we will find a notary signing agent or attorney for you and email you a confirmation. Once assigned, our notary or attorney will contact your borrower to set up an appointment at their chosen location. After the closing, you will receive a completion report by email letting you know any pertinent information regarding the signing, such as the tracking number, the date the docs were sent back to you, or any other relevant information.
Deed Transportation
We offer deed transportation to the county clerks office in any state for recording. Certain states require you to hand deliver the deed to the clerk’s office which we will be more than happy to assist you with.
