Why Choose Notaries 247?
Security and Compliance
Most signing services send E-Docs as pdf files to their notary signing agents. This is not a good idea because it’s not a secure way of transferring borrower’s private data. We have fixed this issue by uploading all closing documents to our secure cloud servers. We only allow the notary access to print the documents for a limited period of time, and we track and record all interaction with the documents in our order history feature. Once the signing has been completed, all access to the documents is removed. Even companies who store their documents on secure servers will often leave the documents sitting there, where the notary could access them years later. Or, if an account was ever hacked, someone would have access to potentially hundreds or even thousands of the borrower’s most personal financial information.
Full Accountability
We offer a new level of accountability for all employees and signing agents. Every action involved in managing the signing is tracked and logged, giving us a complete history and record for every file that goes through our system. These records are saved and can be viewed at any time.
Notary Signing Agent Records
We keep detailed records of work history and notes on all of our signing agents. In addition, we require our notaries to take a test to assure that they are knowledgeable in every aspect of the loan document signing process. With all these signing agent statistics, it makes it much easier to schedule professional, experienced and qualified notaries for all your loan signings, whether it be a refi, purchase or reverse mortgage. The best notaries filter to the top of our search results.
Reliability
All of our data is backed up by the hour, day, week and month. In addition to these backups, we have redundant servers placed around the country, so that even if there were a natural disaster on the entire west coast, our site would remain active and secure. We are one of the few companies in the industry with this level of reliability. If another signing service’s server went down, their site and all the notary data would be down and inaccessible as well.
